Lizbeth Ansell
Person-Centred Counsellor
About Me
I am a person centred therapist, working in North London, and my aim is to offer clients the opportunity to be heard and not judged. In this setting a therapeutic relationship can develop and help to bring about beneficial change. Chatting a problem over with a friend can help ease a situation, however it is not the same as exploring with a therapist in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental manner.
Therapy can offer a new approach to dealing with life’s stresses. As a person centred therapist my aim is to offer a client the opportunity to be heard and not judged.
I am a qualified Pilates Instructor and I am interested in the mind body connection and how physical signs can be an indication that emotional health is out of balance.
I currently work with a charitable organisation specialising in working with people who have been affected by childhood abuse and have a private practice. I have experience of working with both short and long term clients.
